This month I have decided to try something new. I am going to post something here every day.
Daily Journal Entries
These short journal entries have been extremely helpful for me. Having the documentation is nice, but it is also very therapeutic to write down something about the day… every day.
Fact: I’ve kept a journal in some format, off and on since I was 17 years old. I still have those journals in a box in the closet right now.
So I’m going to expand that process here and see if the phenomenon continues.
And just like with the journal, if I happen to miss a day… It’s not the end of the world. But I’ll do my best not to miss.
This Website Is (Kind Of) A Public Journal
And as I have discovered after posting here regularly for the last year, these posts help me as much as they help you.
It was an unexpected benefit of writing on this site and may sound strange, but going over the details within each post reignites the thoughts and processes in my own head and keeps me fresh.
